Windows XP/2003/Vista/Windows 7 - Full Package including PHP (recommended)
Kolibri+ Webserver is available as a complete package including (almost complete) PHP 5.2.6 distribution. Instructions and licensing info available inside the archive. You can download it as Windows Installer package that will do installation for you or as zip file you can unpack to some folder (i.e. C:\KolibriPlus). Kolibri+ executable is named KolibriPlus.exe.

To test, configure document root to be a sample folder (C:\KolibriPlus\sample) and open browser to http://localhost:8080/ (or click on a link provided by the GUI). If you see phpinfo output, your installation is working properly.
Windows XP/2003/Vista/Windows 7 - Just Kolibri+, use existing PHP installation
Alternatively, if you already have PHP 5.2.x installed on your machine, you can just download basic package containing Kolibri+ binaries. In order for Kolibri+ to recognize PHP installation make sure to include PHP installation directory in your PATH environment variable.
To install, just unpack to some folder. Read included documentation for more details.
